1. Contributor responsibility
Anyone uploading or submitting an image, logo, text, or other work must have permission or another valid legal basis and must respect personality, privacy, and image rights. Xuari may ask for proportionate evidence and refuse unclear material.
2. Public does not mean free to reuse
An image being visible on a website or social network does not by itself grant permission to copy it. Source attribution is useful for transparency but does not replace permission or another valid legal basis.
3. Fast restriction where appropriate
Xuari may temporarily hide disputed material while checking a credible complaint, especially where continued display could cause harm. Restriction is not a final decision about ownership.
4. What to include in a report
Use the contact form and provide enough detail for Xuari to find and assess the material.
- Your name and relationship to the rights holder.
- A clear description of the protected work or image.
- The Xuari profile URL and where the material appears.
- Why you believe the use is unauthorised and any useful source or evidence.
- A reliable way to contact you and a good-faith confirmation that the report is accurate.
5. Review and response
Xuari acknowledges the report, preserves only necessary evidence, notifies affected contributors where appropriate, assesses permission and applicable exceptions, records the outcome, and explains any restoration or removal. Repeated infringement can lead to suspension or removal of access.
6. People shown in images
Copyright permission does not automatically resolve privacy or image rights. Contributors should avoid unnecessary identification, use particular care with minors and sensitive settings, and remove or replace images when a valid rights request requires it.
