Keep your school and sensei profiles useful
Create an account, show your relationship to each profile, and request management access. Xuari reviews every school and sensei separately before editing is enabled.
What approved access lets you do
- Maintain public school details, schedules, locations, arts, and official contact actions.
- Maintain approved sensei biographies, credentials, arts, and school relationships.
- Manage several approved schools and senseis from one account.
How management access works

Join and verify your email
Self-registration creates an account with no editing rights.

Select or propose profiles
Request existing published pages or propose a missing school or sensei.

Provide verifiable evidence
Explain your role and add up to five HTTPS links, such as an official site, federation listing, or public team page.

Xuari reviews each item
An administrator may approve, reject, or ask for more information. Partial approval gives immediate access only to approved profiles.
Clear boundaries
Xuari grants management access; it does not certify legal ownership. New profiles remain unpublished until the normal verification and publishing review is complete.
